Rules

The short version. Everything below is true; the full rules only add the detail and the edge cases.

What this is

A marketplace for the digital goods of the marketing niche — Facebook, Google and TikTok accounts and business managers, unlocks, payment solutions and more. Nobody here goes first: the buyer's money moves into a smart contract on the Tron blockchain before the seller hands anything over, and reaches the seller only once the buyer confirms — or once the clock, or an arbiter, decides. The platform cannot take it, spend it or freeze it on a whim: the contract is public and the code decides.

How a deal goes

  1. The buyer opens a deal straight from a listing on the board.
  2. Both name the wallet their money should land in.
  3. The buyer sends USDT to the address shown in the app. From then on the money is in the contract, not with either of you.
  4. The seller hands the item over and taps "I have handed over the item". Only from that tap does the buyer's clock start.
  5. The buyer taps "I have received the item" and the money goes to the seller at once. If they say nothing, it goes anyway when the clock runs out.

If there are resellers in between

A chain pays up to 5 people — the seller and up to four resellers — plus the buyer, who still pays once. The app shows each person only their own prices, but the contract stores every participant's amount and the blockchain is public — a margin is private from your counterparties in the app, not from the network. When it settles the seller and every reseller are paid their share in the same transaction. Confirming is still two out of three: the final buyer and the seller at the far end, with the platform as the third vote. If it comes to a dispute, the arbiter's decision in a chain is final: it executes on its own one hour after it is published, without anyone's confirmation.

If the other side goes quiet

Nothing hangs forever, and silence never costs you the money. If the buyer says nothing after the handover, the seller is paid when the window ends. If the seller never marks the handover, the buyer gets everything back once twice that window has passed, with no fee taken. The window is half the handover period the seller set in the listing; without one it is one day, and at least three days for deals from 1,000 USDT; the countdown is on the deal page.

If something goes wrong

Either side can open a dispute while the money is still in escrow, and that blocks the automatic payout while it is open (the clock itself keeps running). First the two of you get a window to sort it out yourselves, then both are asked for evidence, and only then a person at the platform decides. A dispute is decided by a person, not by a deadline running out: silence is recorded and shown to the arbiter. The only clock is the last-resort safeguard: if there is still no decision 90 days after the confirmation window, the money goes back to the buyer. The money stays frozen the whole time, so an extra day costs nobody anything.

What it costs

One commission, taken only when a deal completes. The larger the deal, the lower the rate, and the table below is the whole of it. Who pays it is your choice at creation: the seller, the buyer, or half each. A full refund to the buyer costs nothing at all.

You do not need TRX

Your confirmation is a signature, not a transaction, and we pay the network fee for it. The same goes for opening a dispute and withdrawing it. What we cover is one confirmation and two dispute actions per side, which is more than an honest deal ever needs; past that you can still act, sending the transaction from your own address, and the app tells you the amount and where to send it. A confirmation that agrees with the arbiter's decision is always on us, however many times you voted before it. The buyer brings USDT and nothing else: the network fee on the payment is ours too.

What we do not do

We are not a party to your deal. We do not check the item, its ownership or its legality, and we do not ask for your passport. We hold the money and, if you cannot agree, we read both sides and decide. Everything else is between you.

Support

Before you start

By starting a deal you confirm you may lawfully use the service where you live. It is not available to residents of places that prohibit unlicensed crypto or escrow services, including US states that bar unlicensed money transmission, and countries under comprehensive sanctions. We are not a bank or a payment service and hold no client funds: the amount waits in the contract, and the USDT is a unit of account for settlement between you, not a means of payment.
